curved tips

     wind catchers

 

giddy children run

across

     wet brown carpet

     haphazard landings

tirelessly

     seeking worms

 

 

happy hands drop

slithering grey creatures

     compost bucket  yawned welcome

 

winter warmth amidst

     eggs shells

     coffee grinds

          decay
